Title: Stabilizing Bisets
Abstract: Let \(G\) be a finite group and \(U\) a \((G,G)\)-biset. We will show how \(U\) can act and stabilize a \(kG\)-module. This will allow us to discuss the main questions about stabilizing bisets, more precisely the question of existence.
