Redundancy( C )
Redundancy
returns the redundancy r of C, which is equal to the
number of check symbols in each element. If C is not a linear code the
redundancy is not defined and Redundancy
returns an error.
If a linear code C has dimension k and word length n, it has redundancy r=n-k.
