Hecke( WF, params )

Construct a Hecke coset a Coxeter coset WF and an Hecke algebra associated to the CoxeterGroup of WF. The second form is equivalent to Hecke( WF, Hecke(CoxeterGroup(WF), params)).

This function requires the package "chevie" (see RequirePackage).
