Title: Computing Normalisers of Highly Intransitive Permutation Groups

Abstract:

Let \(H \leq S_n\) be a highly intransitive group where all its orbits are small. The computation of its normaliser \(N_{S_n}(H)\) in \(S_n\) can be sped up by how orbits can map to one another. I will talk about how we do this when \(H\) is a subdirect product of \(C_p^k\) for a prime \(p\), and when \(H\) is a subdirect product of \(S_3^k\).
