The Topic
The summerschool is intended to introduce mathematicians working in related fields (in particular those subjects that are supported in the DFG Priority Program Representation Theory) into the Theory of representations of finite groups. There will be three lecture series and two or three talks in a colloquium style given by leading experts in the field.Invited Speakers

Accomodation
Till August 16th we have a limited number of rooms pre-reserved in Hotel Marschiertor, which are available at a rate of 65 euro (resp. 85 euro for twin room) per night (breakfast included). If you do not require funding (see below) or other help or information you may register directly in Aachen on September 27.Funding
Funding is available from the DFG priority program representation theory .Applications for funding should be send to Gabriele Nebe at latest by August 15.
Please include information of arrival and departure date, estimated travel costs and whether you want to pariticipate and give a talk in the workshop Young women in representation theory.
