Possibility of improving the final grade by the final exam

The grading was explained in the beginning of the semester (see here): The points of the final exam and the best three midterm exams are added and determine the final grade.

The following additional rule only applies to those students who get at least a D according to the rule above (that is, who have at least 51 points): In that case, if 2.5 times the points in the final exam is higher than the number of points from the rule above, then this higher number is used to determine the final grade.
